Charcuterie Class
Rose & Brie Charcuterie Class
Build a Beautiful Board from Start to Finish
I've spent years building charcuterie boards for events, celebrations, and everyday moments here in Lexington — and the question I get asked most is always the same: "How do you make it look like that?"
This July, I'm finally answering that question in person.
Welcome to the Rose & Brie Charcuterie Class — a small, intimate, hands-on experience held right here at the Rose & Brie commercial kitchen. Whether you're a total beginner or someone who's thrown a few boards together and wants to level up, this class is for you. We'll go from a blank board to something genuinely stunning, and you'll walk away with the skills and confidence to do it again at home.
What You'll Learn
This isn't a watch-and-listen class — you'll be building your board from the very first ingredient to the very last garnish. Along the way, we'll cover:
The Salami Rose — one of the most eye-catching charcuterie techniques, and I'll show you multiple ways to fold and style it
Prosciutto styling — how to drape, ruffle, and layer prosciutto for a professional, artful look
Cheese cutting techniques — which cuts work for which cheeses, and how presentation starts at the cutting board
Color theory on a charcuterie board — how to use color intentionally to make your board visually balanced, vibrant, and beautiful
Board flow & layout — where to start, how to fill gaps, how to create movement across the board
Ingredient pairings — what goes together flavor-wise and why, so you can shop and build with confidence
Finishing touches — herbs, flowers, honey, jams, and the little details that take a board from good to unforgettable
What's Included
Every seat in class comes with everything you need — just bring yourself (and your favorite bottle of wine!):
✅ All ingredients provided — quality cheeses, meats, fruits, and accompaniments
✅ Board and all tools supplied
✅ Step-by-step hands-on instruction
✅ Recipe cards and pairing guides to take home
✅ Your finished board is yours to keep
🍷 BYO beverages — this is a judgment-free, wine-welcome zone

About Your Instructor
Hi, I'm Marian! I’m the owner of Rose & Brie Charcuterie here in Lexington. I started Rose & Brie out of a genuine love for bringing people together around beautiful, delicious food. A well-built charcuterie board isn't just something to snack on, it's a conversation starter, a centerpiece, and a little work of art. I can't wait to share everything I know with you and watch you build something you're truly proud of.
